Learning Center

The mission of the Learning Center is to provide academic assistance to students in developing the skills and strategies necessary to become confident, independent, and active life-long learners.

Comprised of Pitt-Titusville faculty, Learning Center tutors provide direct instructional academic support tailored to the skill levels and learning styles of all students. Skills are developed by identifying strengths and weaknesses in content areas, developing strategies for improvement, and providing specific goals for success in almost any desired academic discipline. The Learning Center also offers support in reading comprehension, study skills, test-taking strategies, goal setting, time management, growth mindset, and customized learning.
