(Co-ed by floor) Accommodates 158 students in 83 rooms on three floors. Each floor includes separate TV/study lounges and common bathroom facilities. The first floor contains laundry facilities and a kitchenette. This residence hall is equipped with an elevator.
(Co-ed by unit) Each town house unit includes 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a common living area. The exception is one unit that is a double townhouse which has seven bedrooms 4 full bathrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There are no cooking facilities in these units. Students are responsible for their own cleaning and taking out their trash in the Townhouses. This area accommodates a total of 62 students.
All facilities are wired with direct internet access and free laundry facilities for Pitt-Titusville students. Handicap-accessible rooms with individual bathrooms are located in Spruce Hall. Students with disabilities or requiring special housing or testing accommodations should register with the Disability Resources Services (DRS) representative at Pitt-Titusville at (814) 827-4465 or in SU 218.

Applying For Housing
If you will be a full-time student (12 credits or more) you are required to live on campus unless you plan to commute from the home of a parent or relative within 30 miles of campus. Students 21 years of age and older are excluded from this policy. Upon request, exemptions may be granted for other reasons subject to approval by the Director of Residence Life. All Students must follow the instructions and complete the following steps before being assigned housing:

Complete the housing and meal plan forms on Housing eServices at My Pitt.edu.
Complete the Health Evaluation Form and submit it to the Health Center. Nursing and PTA students may need to submit an additional health evaluation form to their respective program.
Whenever possible, the University attempts to honor student requests for roommate and housing assignments; housing assignments are made beginning in June for the fall term. Roommate requests will only be accepted until May10th, after that date roommate requests will be honored as space permits. Single room requests are honored when space permits for an additional fee.
